Cerco di presentarmi, certo basteranno poche righe, e lo stesso, non è così semplice, soprattutto per me, che preferisco condividere emozioni attraverso le mie foto. Sono italiano, padovano fin dalla nascita, con un grande amore e sincera passione per il mio territorio e la mia terra. Ho sempre fotografato fin da molto giovane e continuo a farlo, nella continua ricerca di nuove immagini e nuovi modi di raggiungere un pensiero, un concetto o un idea. Non sento assolutamente la necessità di fare un tipo di fotografia che debba piacere a tutti, anzi… cerco di cogliere e riproporre le sensazioni che provo e questo mi appassiona e mi diverte ancora moltissimo.
Prediligo l’acqua, in tutte le sue forme, da quando è nuvola, a quando termina il suo ciclo. Che sia mare, fiume, lago o fontana. Mi affascina, mi strega, mi rapisce. Devo rendergli onore e fotografarla sempre al meglio che posso. Amo il ritratto, i paesaggi semplici, gli ampi spazi vuoti, fotografo raramente quando è bel tempo e mi diverte l’ infrarosso che sto cercando di imparare.
Negli ultimi anni ho avuto occasione di condividere il mio lavoro e la mia ormai pluridecennale esperienza con tante persone, per le più svariate occasioni…le mie foto sono state messe a disposizione per raccolte fondi a scopo benefico, sono state pubblicate su calendari di enti turistici , su guide escursionistiche , pubblicazioni locali, nazionali ed internazionali, oltre che su riviste specializzate nel settore fotografico.

I absolutely do not feel the need to do a type of photography that everyone should like, on the contrary… I try to capture and re-propose the sensations I feel and this fascinates me and I still enjoy it very much.
I prefer water, in all its forms, from when it’s cloudy, to when its cycle ends. Whether it’s sea, river, lake or fountain. It fascinates me, it bewitches me, it kidnaps me. I have to honor him and always photograph her as best I can. I love portraiture, simple landscapes, large empty spaces, I rarely take pictures when the weather is good and I enjoy infrared which I’m trying to learn.
In recent years I have had the opportunity to share my work and my decades of experience with many people, for the most varied occasions … my photos have been made available for charity fundraisers, they have been published on the calendars of tourist organizations , in hiking guides, local, national and international publications, as well as in magazines specialized in the photographic sector.

Ho visto fotografi creare composizioni con immagini rubate da internet, mescolandole alle loro foto e venderle come proprie.
Ho visto foto di appassionati rubate da fotografi professionisti e vendute con la propria firma.
Ho visto fotografi spacciarsi per grafici pubblicitari ignorando ogni regola e psicologia di comunicazione.
Ho visto grafici creare pubblicità rubando materiale da Google immagini.
Ho visto fotografi creare un impero con personale incompetente solo per risparmiare denaro e ho visto l’impero durante il suo meritato tracollo.
Ho visto fotografi circondarsi di appassionati sentendosi come “Gesù nel tempio” e li ho visti arrabbiarsi se questi superano gli insegnamenti del “maestro”.
Ho visto appassionati superare i maestri e li ho visti porsi con arroganza e prepotenza mancando di gratitune ed onestà nei confronti delle loro origini.
Ho visto appassionati rubare il “pane” a chi lavora sodo pagando le tasse, soltanto per un pò di fama.
Ho visto un potere nascere, l’ho visto crescere fino a diventare alla portata di chiunque; a quel punto ho visto professionisti evolversi con lui e ne ho visti altri combatterlo o ignorarlo; inutile dire che il progresso non si vince, si fa alleato.
Oggi la fotografia digitale è nelle mani di chiuque, tutti scattiamo foto, tutti potremmo essere fotografi, ma solo alcuni riescono a trasmettere vere emozioni con uno scatto, solo costoro hanno fatto proprio il progresso del digitale e ne hanno studiato nuove tecniche. Professionisti o appassionati, soltanto chi scatta una foto capace di farci viaggiare per ore, di farci provare un turbinìo di emozioni e perchè no di farci commuovore, soltanto loro sono FOTOGRAFI.

I have seen photographers create compositions with images stolen from the internet, mixing them with their photos and selling them as their own.
I have seen photos of enthusiasts stolen by professional photographers and sold under their own signature.
I have seen photographers pretending to be advertising designers, ignoring every communication psychology and rule.
I’ve seen graphic designers create advertisements by stealing material from Google images.
I’ve seen photographers create an empire with incompetent staff just to save money, and I’ve seen the empire during its well-deserved downfall.
I have seen photographers surround themselves with enthusiasts feeling like “Jesus in the temple” and I have seen them get angry if they surpass the teachings of the “master”.
I have seen enthusiasts overcome the masters and I have seen them pose themselves with arrogance and arrogance, lacking gratitude and honesty towards their origins.
I have seen enthusiasts steal “bread” from those who work hard and pay taxes, just for a little fame.
I have seen a power being born, I have seen it grow until it becomes within anyone’s reach; at that point I saw professionals evolve with him and I saw others fight or ignore him; needless to say that progress is not won, it becomes an ally.
Today digital photography is in the hands of everyone, we all take pictures, we could all be photographers, but only some are able to convey true emotions with a shot, only they have made the progress of digital and have studied new techniques. Professionals or enthusiasts, only those who take a photo able to make us travel for hours, to make us feel a whirlwind of emotions and why not to make us move, only they are PHOTOGRAPHERS.
